When you purchase a ScanMate Scanner, you can have peace of mind knowing that Kodak is equipped to handle your service and support needs.
The KODAK
ScanMate i1120 Scanner is fully warrantied for one year, including Advanced Unit Replacement. Should the need arise, we’ll ensure next-business-day delivery of an exchange unit, or a Kodak Service Representative might assist in the unit's exchange.
You may also elect to purchase a 2-year extension warranty Care Kit, which also includes one order of consumables.

The KODAK Care Kit includes:
- Telephone support: KODAK Service & Support from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, customer local time
- Advanced Unit Replacement: Next-business-day delivery of an exchange unit, or a Kodak Service Representative might assist in the unit's exchange
- On-Site KODAK Service & Support from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, customer local time. Which includes:
- Travel, labor, and repair parts
- Preferential response
- Service by Kodak-employed service representatives
- Preventative maintenance on applicable products
- Total service call protection
An Installation and Training Care Kit is also available for the
ScanMate i1120 Scanner. Kodak offers training, site services, systems optimization and administration, equipment setup, and consulting services.
